It's likely that the 'another computer is using the printer' issue is triggered by another user using the same printer. In other words, you and the other network users could be working on the same printer and issuing the print command immediately one after another. The printer may accept a priority-based command to print anything. So, if someone else has issued the command to print first, the printer will prioritize that person and display the notice that another computer is utilizing the printer.
